These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Gza mobile application ("Gza", "the app", "we"). By creating an account or using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Gza connects people travelling between cities: drivers offering seats or parcel space, and passengers or senders looking for them. Gza only provides the matching, messaging and notification tools. Gza is not a transport provider, carrier, or party to any trip. All arrangements — including departure, payment, and conduct during the trip — are made directly between users, at their own discretion and risk.
You agree not to: post false or misleading trips; harass, threaten or defraud other users; use the app to transport illegal goods; impersonate others; scrape or disrupt the service; or attempt to access other users' accounts. We may suspend or ban accounts that violate these rules or applicable law, including based on user reports.
Prices shown on trips are set by trip owners. Any payment happens directly between users — Gza does not process payments, take commissions, or guarantee that a trip will take place. Disputes between users must be resolved between the users involved.
You retain ownership of content you post (profile, trips, messages, reviews) and grant Gza a non-exclusive licence to store and display it for operating the service. We may remove content that violates these Terms.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gza and its operators are not liable for any damages arising from trips arranged through the app, user conduct, or service interruptions. Always exercise the same judgment you would when travelling with people you have just met.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above; continued use of the app after changes means you accept them.
